Dear Parents and Carers,
Thank you for taking the time to complete this questionnaire. As PE Coordinator, I am always looking for ways to improve the experiences we provide for our children. Your honest feedback will help me evaluate this year’s Sports Day and decide on the best format for future years.
Over the past three years we have trialled different approaches to Sports Day, each with different aims. I would really appreciate you sharing which format you preferred and, most importantly, why. Your views will help ensure we make the right decisions going forward.
