Rules of the
St Joseph’s
200 Club
The purpose of the 200 Club is to raise funds for St Joseph’s Parent Teacher Social Committee (PTSC).
The money will be paid into the PTSC bank account and the balance, after prizes are paid out, will be used for the PTSC’s objectives, supporting funding requests from the schools providing equipment, resources and opportunities for all pupils.
The Rules:
- For a cost of £18 per year, you will be allocated one number between 1 and 200. This will be allocated sequentially in order of sign ups up to 200.
- A draw will be made every month with a 1st prize of £50 and 2nd prize of £25.
- The 200 Club is a private lottery and is open to all parents, carers, staff and friends of St Joseph’s Catholic Primary Academy.
- It is open to those aged 16 or over.
- St Joseph’s PTSC and St Joseph’s Catholic Primary Academy will hold the data of the individuals participating for the duration of their participation. This information will be held securely in line with GDPR regulations.
- Payment must be made annually and the draws will run each and every month with contact made with the winners using the details provided on entry.
- Member’s numbers will only be entered if their subscription is up to date.
- The draw will aim to be made by the PTSC in the first week of each month.
- The name and numbers for each month’s winners will be published on this website.
- If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into general PTSC funds.
- Should the number of numbers purchased for a draw be less than the winnings needing to be paid out (50) then the 200 Club draw will not take place and those entered will have to opportunity for a pro rata’d refund of the amount paid for the number for which draws do not happen. For example, if a number had been entered into six draws but the decision was made the 200 Club was no longer viable, a refund of £9 (50% of the annual cost per number) would be due.
